God's Love is So

God's Love is so beautiful,
Why do we throw it aside?

God's Love is real and true,
Why do we act as though it's not so?

God's Love is so unconditional and unchanging,
why do we try to run and hide from it?

God's Love is so wonderful,
why do we try and down play it?

God's love is so warm and embracing,
why would we try to detach ourselves from it?

God's Love is so needed and searched for,
why wouldn't we run to it?

God's Love is so honest, and pure,
why would we try to change it?

God's Love is all and everything that we'll ever need,
why won't we realize it?

Plain and simply put:
God is Who we need!
God is What we need!
God is All we need

Look, Look There it goes. Did you see it? Did you get a glimpse of it? Or did it pass you by? What you ask? Was it a bird, a plane, or a parachute falling from the sky? No, it was that little thing called Life. You know, that little thing no one takes the time to stop and enjoy any more! There's a lot to be said, when someone says to stop and smell the Roses, Stop and watch the birds fly by. How beautifully the flowers bloom, see how high the mountains are, and how they almost reach the sky.
Watch the Ocean and see the waves come crashing to the shore. Look up at the sky so blue, watch the clouds go floating by like big fluffy marshmallows. Life is supposed to be enjoyed and cherished. Taking each day as the blessing it is. Waiting to be embraced and handled with the most tenderest care. After all, life is life.
And like a life, if you don't take care of it and nurture it, everything around it will die. Until eventually you die too! Just because life got too busy, and too hectic, Instead of enjoying God, your family, your friends, and all God has to offer. You let things consume you, and let life just simply pass you by. When you should have found the love, peace, joy and hope of God. All you found was the pain, sadness, and misery.

Now who's fault is that?
Not God's!

The house was left standing, and no one ever even cared to come by and see it. There wasn't anyone who ever even asked to buy it. It just sat there day after day, month after month. You wouldn't think that a house could get lonely, or feel unwanted, and sad. But this house did. You see it had been lived in for years. Children were always laughing and playing. People were always coming in and out the door. There was never a dull moment. Something was always going on. Until one day the people just up and left. They never said good-bye, or we'll miss you. They just one day were gone, and they never returned. The house thought maybe something was bad, and they decided they just couldn't live there anymore. Maybe it had done something awful, and made them mad, and they didn't like the house anymore. Or perhaps the house wasn't doing a good enough job, and the people didn't like how it performed. Because, you know, the house could've used a new roof, and the windows were looking a little shabby. The walls could've stood for a new coat of paint, and a few minor adjustments needed to be made. But all in all the house was still looking pretty good. So why, thought the house, why would they just up and leave without so much as a good-bye, or thank you.

So the house waited and waited for the people to return, but they never did. The house was sad for a very long time, until one day the house thought , you know, I didn't really do anything to make them mad, or want to leave. I was a good house for a long time to them. Just because they left, and I'm here standing all alone. That doesn't make me any less of a house than I was before they came. I'm still kind of pretty, and I still have a lot of wear and tear to go. I'd make a good home still for anyone who wanted to live here. I was not a better house because of that family. I'm a good house, because that's the way GOD made me. A family does not define who I am, GOD Does. So if no one ever lives in me again, I'm doing just fine. Because no matter what, GOD will always love me.  No matter what people do or say, or what they don't do or say. I'm still Okay. Because GOD will love me from now until the day I die. Until death do us part, and beyond into eternity.

There are alot of words we can say. There are alot of words we can think about. There are alot of words we can write down. But we can't truly say we know how someone feels. We haven't walked in their shoes.

Even if we've been through the same thing, we can't truly say we know how they feel. People handle things differently, and they feel differently through different situations. We can get to know them, and be there for them. Give them advice, when it's needed. But sometimes people just want someone to Listen.

Sometimes it's not about getting our opinion out there. It's now about telling what we think. Sometimes it's just about having ears that listen, a heart that cares, and a love that stays, no matter what!
